We're not so much a team but more a family here at the Bay. We may be small, but we are highly motivated and proud to deliver class leading standards of service across all areas of our business. Front of house
 

We're looking for a bright, personable individuals who love working with people. Ideally you'll have previous experience of working in fine dining environment or similar but we will be happy to offer training the right individual. 

The package
- Up to £10.00 an hour

Junior sous chef/aspiring CDP 

In just two short years (and despite three lockdowns) award winning Brasserie at the Bay has become a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Check our reviews and you’ll see what we mean. Now we’re looking for another chef to join the team. Experience is key, but perhaps ambition and ability even more so. You could currently be a CDP or junior sous looking for the next step. Whichever you’ll be joining a friendly, passionate (about food!), tight knit team who, along with front of house, are totally focussed on delivering a great dining experience, an experience which more than once has been described as being of Michelin standard.

The Brasserie offers a great environment to further develop your skills alongside our talented team. Unless you have a prodigious ability it’s unlikely you’ll have less than 18 months experience, preferably at 2 rosette standard or higher. Pay will depend on experience and is based on a 45 hour week.

Kitchen porters 
 

We're looking for one full time or two part time kitchen porters to join our team. It will mainly be evening shifts with a 6pm start and will include some lunchtime shifts on Saturday's and Sunday's. We are looking for people who are hard workers and who are keen to get the job done to a high standard. 

 

The package
- £8 - £10 per hour

- Tips shared across team

- Staff discount on food
- 15 - 20 hours per week - will include weekends

 

Requirements for the role
- Some experience would be a huge advantage, but full training will be given
- Must be able to work well as a team and think off their own two feet
- Must have extremely high standards and willing to work 

- Good command of English
- Good team player, hard working and flexible
