Delicious dishes to savour (and accompanying optional wine flight if you wish) in the relaxed intimate setting of the Brasserie. Chef asks that in order for you to have time to enjoy each course fully, please ensure you arrive before your booked table time in so that we can seat you promptly. 

Also please note in evening sittings we have a minimum age of 14 for children in the restaurant

Very fresh, with citrus and white flowers on the nose. Light on the palate with plenty of ripe apple flavours and fresh acidity. 



Chicken liver and foie royal parfait

Agen prunes and armagnac, beef and honey bread


Fleurie La Riene de l’Arenite Madon 

Beaujolais, France  125ml 

Elegant, floral and aromatic. Supple with silky tannins. Well balanced with a lingering fruity aroma.


Roasted loin of Brixham stone bass

Smoked potato, curried mussel broth, wild coriander, squid ink quavers


Falanghina La Guardiense Del Sannio 2020

Campania, Italy  125ml

Enticing notes of mango, melon, lychee and peach are underpinned by fresh acidity and a mineral edge. 


Butter basted 28 day aged West Country beef strip

ox tail and ricotta cannellone, truffled cavolo nero, parsnip crisps, winter mushroom and bone marrow jus


Botter Appassimento Puglia

Puglia, Italy  125ml

Full body this wine has a perfect balance between soft tannins and acidity on the palette.
