Can you have too much of a good thing? Chef Callum thinks not that's why he has created this tasting menu. Six courses designed to do what tasting menu do. Give you a taste of things to come.

At the time of publishing these menus we were still working with the requirements of social distancing so we would ask that in order for you to have time to enjoy each course fully, please ensure you arrive before your booked table time in so that we can seat you promptly.

Amuse bouche

Thyme marinated bocconcini  (gf) 

sweet and sour beetroot, slow roasted tomatoes, rocket oil, toasted pine nuts



Confit duck rillet 
cured duck ham, dijon and truffle emulsion, crustade 

Pan-fried fillet of Brixham gurnard

squid ink linguine, shellfish bisque, salmon caviar

New season Devon lamb (gf) 

haricot blanc and thyme purée, minted peas, butter roasted sweetbreads, red wine jus


Selection of West Country cheeses

Paired with Devon honeycomb, muscat of Alexandria grapes, hazelnut fig toasts

Strawberry and elderflower martini (gf) 

pink champagne sorbet, elderflower and strawberry espuma, dehydrated strawberries
